There are asphalt tracks for pedestrian and cyclers along the river Main, ideal for longer distances. Starting on the right hand side of the Loewenbruecke you can go to Randersacker (about 5k upstream) or further to Eibelstadt about 10k upstream). If you prefer soft surfaces you could try the Steinbachtal. The track into the valley begins at the Sebastian-Kneipp-Steg, which is a bridge across the river Main, on the lefthand side of the Main. You cross the street and enter the forest. From there you can choose between a trail down in the valley or several side tracks that take you uphill.
