Buenos Aires is a great place for running, most of all because of weather,nature and "good spirit" from occasional runners. They can be seen earlyin the morning (7-8 am) and in the evening (after 5 pm) in Palermo and Costanera. There is an interesting point for short-distance runners called El Rosedal, within Palermo. It is a perfect-mile loop with 100-meter marks, with a fresh water dispenser near the 400-meter mark.
