My favorite run is in a place calld Skrylle (Skryllgården) just outside the town in south Sweden called Lund. You can go ther either by bus or car and it is located about 5 kilometers east of Lund. The area is a wounderful forest with small open areas and a variety of flat fields with small and (a few) big hills. The track length is 10, 5, 2.2 kilometers and marked each kilometer in various colours (5 and 2.2 courses are ligthed up in the evening). It is a complete but small "arena" where you can eat and shower. More information at www.skryllegarden.se
