Why run in a city? We have hundreds of miles of small rural roads, all quite safe and populated by some of the world's friendliest people. Or even better why not run in a game reserve: yes it is possible at Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, only 20 minutes from the capital Mbabane. Mlilwane has 30 kilometres of self-guided walking trails which double as a superb cross-country course for the avid runner. See zebra, wildebeest, kudu, nyala, warthog, hippo, giraffe and much more while you work up a sweat and drink in the clean fresh air of our small Kingdom. Indeed, why even consider running in a city!
