This is an old industrial city, located approximately 250km southwest of Stockholm. Amazing things have been done to preserve the old factories that have fallen into disuse. These are clustered around a river with footpath; the trails lead into a more extensive system of footpaths as well. Larger parks lie outside the city and can be accessed through streetcar lines. Some Swedish governmental agencies and high-tech firms make their home here. A very pleasant city in which to run, at least in the springtime.
