Niue has about 170 kilometers of bush tracks that you can run or walk at anytime quite safely. These are easily accessible and maps are available to assist with directions. The main roads around the island are all sealed and because of the lack of traffic, are also safe to run and walk. The local Hash House Harriers group run/walk every Monday night at 5 pm and anyone is welcome to join in.
