The Parque Metropolitano, located in the Western side of the city has a four kilometer paved track. If you want to run a longer course, take the dirt track for a six kilometer circuit. The park is fairly flat and very safe. It is open at all hours, but in the hot season (April-May) it is better to run early or in the evening, as there is little shade.
