A town filled with traffic and canine obstacles. But I'd rather face the dogs than the Taiwan drivers. Finding quality places to road-run in Taiwan requires some amount of time; washrooms are rare and there are no water fountains you can trust but lots of 7-11's. Most schools have fair to good quality tracks, though. My suggestion is drive to the country and run there.
