There are two parks in São Caetano do Sul (next to the city of São Paulo) where you can do your training. At Espaço Verde Chico Mendes, there is a 1000 meters marked asphalt course with a small hill. There is also a smaller 800 meters dirt course with some areas shadowed by trees. The other park is the new Bosque do Povo at Vila São José neighborhood. It is less attended than Chico Mendes park and has a 1000 meters dirt hill course.
