Seven Mile Beach is a pleasant beach suburb located 20k south of Tasmania's capital, Hobart. This area offers a variety of running surfaces and terrains in a beautiful and peaceful environment. There are many courses to choose from, no matter what your preference. From a stroll to the end of the 11km beach, to a run through natural bushland on horse trails and sidlings. All offering wonderful views of Tasmania's natural beauty. And after the run, cool down with a swim at the beach, particularly pleasant in the summer months (December to March). Come and enjoy my training heaven.
