In Fukuoka, start at Canal City Hakata in the Nakasu district. Run along the Naka River to the Pier. There are some canal variations. About 4-5 kilometers for the round trip. Nice run along the river, but interrupted by major road crossings. Never mind - run intervals between the roads.
