Running around the UNAM campus is really nice. I ran from Coplico and you can take the circuito escolar or exterior (I think that is what they are called!) and up into the botanical gardens. So you can always vary your route length and number of hills depending on how you feel. It is also quite well sign-posted. It is slightly less polluted and pretty, although in some cases there are no sidewalks so you have to take care and avoid the traffic. There are always lots of people around too.
