If you are planning to stay in central Kuwait City, book a hotel near the sea and run on the boardwalk there. It is a large boardwalk and you will be running by the Persian Gulf with not much noise from the city. Great in the winter months, but beware the sand storms in spring and the oppressive heat in summer.
