In Porto Alegre the best option for running is the Gazômetro track along Guaíba river. The 5 kilometers course is flat, pretty good for wheelchair athletes, marks and the best thing is that you will go by tourist points like Gazômetro, Parque Maurício Syrotski, Parque da Harmonia, Parque Marinha do Brasil and the glorious Beira-rio Stadium. If it is not enough, the sunset over Gauíba river is spectacular. The place is full of pretty people, flirts and has a great atmosphere even at night since it is well lighted.
