As a road runner I enjoy very much the urban courses. So, places like Nossa Senhora da Luz avenue, that extends from Bacacheri to Botânico, intercalating with the courses of the crossing streets (mixed courses: Av. Senador Souza Naves / Av. dos Funcionários / Av. Paraná) are great options for 10-15 kilometers fartleks.
