In Istanbul it is possible walking and running along Bosforos' shores for many kilometers, and inside the biggest green lung of the city, world famous as Belgrade Forest; it stretches in the north of the city for dozens kilometers: inside this forest there are some equipped trails. In the city there are many other parks where it is possible to practice this kind of sport, most of them in the Asiatic area, reachable thorugh two hanging bridges among the longest in the world.
