The Parque Ecológico Bosque Hermógenes de Freitas Leitão, best known as Lagoa do Taquaral, has a good 1,700 meters gravel track with light sloopes. The place is attended by many runners and walkers and has toilets, drinks available and a stretching area. The views of the lagoon are also great! The park is open everyday from 6 am to 7 pm.
