From the "Sport complex/stadium" in the north section of the city there is a bike path which heads northeast. After about 3-4 kilometers it follows the east side of a lake for about another 10 kilometers until it turns into a dirt road along a plowed field. There is a campground with water and bathrooms near the south end of the lake. A map showed what looks like a proposed path around the entire lake. The path had gently rolling hills as well as some flat stretches. If you are staying at the Hotel Kapos add another 3 kilometers to get to the sport stadium. If driving, I would recommend starting at the lake for shorter runs.
