Belleek woods - Ballina, Co Mayo, Ireland - 5 miles run. Starting off from the athletics track, follow the river bank along the bottom road into the woods. Continue alongside the river following the path right to the end (about 2 1/2 miles). Go through gate, turn left onto the road, stay on the road around the bend. At the main road junction turn left, take next left downhill. Follow this quiet road all the way back to the track. There are various trails in the woods that are very easy to follow.
