Starting at Martin Luther King avenue, next to the São Francisco golf club and the Centro Comercial Adalgisa (Texaco gas station), run along this avenue to the direction of the city of São Paulo passing through Shopping São Francisco. At Candido Mota Filho, turn left at Corifeu de Azevedo Marques avenue (in front of Extra Jaguaré). Running by all this avenue you will be returning to Osasco, passing in front of Shopping Continental. Continue to run along the Autonomistas avenue, passing through ABB, Carrefour and Ricavel, until Osasco's City Hall. Turn left, run along all the Bussocaba avenue and then turn left to take the Padre Vicente Merillo avenue and run along this avenue until the corner with Martin Luther King avenue, in front of the murão do Bradesco (Cidade de Deus). Run along this avenue until the starting point (corner with Manuel Martin road). This running course has about 15 kilometers and some uphill running. The car traffic is light in the morning. Good running course for endurance training.
