You can find a beautiful mountain trail with relatively less elevation, up on the Hármashatár hill in Budapest. The name "Panorama-circle" tells everything you need to know about it. Start your run at the Fenyõgyöngye restaurant (located in the crossing of the Szépvölgyi út and Hármashatárhegyi út, at the end-station of bus n. 65), and run uphill on the asphalted road for about 1 kilometer, where the beauty starts: turn right to the tourist path, and you will find a 4 kilometers long, flat, soft, forest trail, which brings you to the Virágos-nyereg. From there you can turn back or make it a circle on the yellow-marked tourist path until the Határ-nyereg and further on the blue-marked tourist path, back to the Fenyõgyöngye restaurant (altogether is approximately 10 kilometers). Once you discovered the circle, you can make plenty of variations trying out the dozens of tourist paths crossing the trail. For the first time it is definitely useful to bring a tourist map along, but believe me: it is worth to discover the Panorama-circle!
