Maridalsvannet. A nice course around the drinking water for Oslo's inhabitants. Length: 12 kilometers. Start at Kjelsås or Frysja. Run anti-clockwise alongside the water and enjoy nice forest roads for 4 kilometers. You will pass the train track before reaching the farm Sander. Take left and onto harder surface. After another 2 kilometers you will reach Maridalsveien and a church, take left. You will pass monastery ruins on your left hand side after about another 1 kilometer. At Brekke (a cross and a bus stop) turn left again and run the last 1,5 kilometers back to Kjelsås.
