I was in Lisbon at the beginning of July and I took the chance to run a bit along the river Tago: you can start from Las Docas (former warehouses in the dock zone) and reach the monument dedicated to sailors, near the Belem Tower, but of course you can go further. The trail is a bit hard, but the landscape is breathtaking. No cars, just fishermen and other sport enthusiasts.
