The large cities of Uzbekistan are quite industrial and polluted (bus fumes, etc.) and if I wanted to run while in Uzbekistan I would prefer the smaller cities. Bukhara would be a good choice, as it is relatively unpolluted, and has some parks and open areas. Be prepared for lots of stares, and have fun!
