This is a paradise for runners! Many of the great Kenyans are training here! Go from the high altitude camp of Lornah Kiplagat to left, in direction of Eldoret. Run 5 kilometres, go left, in the mountains, steep, keep left, and you go back to Iten. There is no nicer place on Earth. It is frustrating that everyone here is faster than you are! Other tip: go to bar ZamZam in Iten, and watch big city marathons on the tv. Audience in the bar is stocked with olympians and marathon winners! Tip 2: go to St. Patricks High School. For every champion who attended school here, they plant a tree! Quite a forest now!
