A very nice running course is around the lake Schlachtensee. All you have to do is take the S1-City-Train (S-Bahn) to the station "Schlachtensee", walk down 100 meters to the lake, and run around it. It is about 5 kilometers to run once around the lake, only forest and you can take a swim in the lake after the run (that is from May to September, I guess).
