In northern New South Wales, about half way between Sydney and Brisbane, at an altitude of about 1000 metres, Armidale is a small university town. Tuesday mornings 6 am, summer or winter, there are nearly always a few of us out running around (and/or over) Mount Duval. Great running country. Quite possibly you will see kangaroos.
