Interlagos Motordrome, at the south zone of the city, is a great place for running. You can run on the old track or at the heliport. The old track is about 5 kilometers long with slopes, a good training for the "São Silvestre" road race. This course is small, but very pleasant, with beautiful view of the lake and some trees. If you want a longer course, leave the motordrome and run at the Robert Kennedy avenue (not advisable to run at night).
