Starting off at the Bude Canal (loos available from about 8.30 am) you can run/jog along tow path to Marhamchurch (about 2 miles) turn round and come back again. For a longer run keep going carefully through the car park up the main one way street and back down the other side and back to the car park. Very good hill training and lots of cafes for refreshments.
