Running in Montserrat can be challenging as it is a mountainous island andmost of the roads and trails are either going up or down hill. The sceneryis spectacular and it is now possible to run within view of the still activevolcano and see the buried city of Plymouth. We do have an annual road raceand team race that circles the island. Plans are in the works for amini-triathlon to take place in the next year or so (contact David Lea at lead@candw.ag for more information on this).
