It is called the Corta Fuego and it is located in El Avila. This fire trail located in teh Avila Mountains is a dirt trail of about 4 miles. You can go up in San Bernardino, takes about 15 minutes of walking up until the trail starts, good flats and also good hills. You can view all Caracas while running and you can keep running after the four miles crossing some small waterfalls, at some points the hills will be very steep and you might have to walk. It is an incredible training at an altitude of 1300 meters.
