Run around the lake at Bungtalua Park. One lap is 3,166 meters. The surface is concrete, but it is a pleasant area to run, with the lake, plants and trees etc. It is also marked every 100 meters, though I can not guaranteee how exactly it is marked. You (or a friend) can also hire a bicycle very cheaply. The best times are early in the morning (5-7 am) and late afternoon/early evening (4.45-6.45 pm). It can get quite busy in the late afternoon, especially on weekends, so doing speedwork can be a bit difficult. It is ideal for a nice relaxing run. There is limited parking available - with a 2 Baht charge in the afternoons only (free in the mornings).
