Best place to run in central Stafford is around Rowley Park. Also the playing fields at Beaconside, by the university, or St Leonards. Rowley Park is about one mile around with one hill per lap. The grass is usually quite well maintained. Other than that, hit the roads, or go to Stone or Cannock. The Eccleshall Road is reasonable for long runs.
