In Paris, a great place to run was the Bois de Boulogne (16° arrondissement). I ran every morning for two weeks. You can run around both Lac Superior and Lac Inferior. It is very safe during the day. Although I have heard stories of prostitution, I encounter no problems. There were many runners early in the morning. It is only 1 mile from the Trocadero metro stop.
