A nice place to run in Perth city is the beautiful Kings Park, not only is the scenery in the park lovely, but there are also breathtaking views of the river and the city. There are many paved, dirt and grass tracks. Also, why not add some power into your training by adding a few sprints up Jacobs Ladder into your running route? There are over 150 steps and it is steeeep!
