Nijmegen south area: Staddijk park is located between highway A73 and Staddijk (left on first traffic light coming from A73 exit Dukenburg). Nice to run on the tracks and difficult to get lost. Running around the park is about 5 kilometers. There are lots of dogs, but I have had no problems with them so far. Alternatively, you can run in the direction of Overasselt (or turn right on first traffic light from A73 exit Dukenburg). From Nijmegen you cross the highway A73 and on the right hand you see cheese farm "de Diervoort". Go right and follow the bike lane. After 200 meters you go right entering the parking lot. There you find the start of three well marked tracks of 4-8 kilometers. I prefer the yellow one.
