One of the most beautiful routes is the promenade of Samil. Starting from the parking that is next to the sports club and up to the sea museum, between those two you have 2 kilometers, so a round trip is 4 spectacular kilometers. You can choose to go through the path of tile pavement, the pine grove of grass or asphalt. During the course you will see spectacular sights of the Ria and the Cíes Islands. This place is very frequented by runners, try to join one of them and run with someone.
