The Sea Point Promenade is a very popular running route. It is a 5 minutedrive and about 2 kilometers away from the ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel Cape Town. From Three Anchor Bay to Clifton and back is approximately a 10 kilometers run and it is a paved walkway which runs along the Atlantic Ocean with exceptionally beautiful ocean views.
