I have to agree that Vingio park is good option. It includes extensive dirt trails and is adjacent to an interesting cemetery. If you visit Vilnius and want to run, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is next to this park and is a good option. Do not forget to explore the trails on both sides of the river too!
