From the Four Seasons Hotel in the Old City, run down to the water (ask the concierge or doorman), and run close to the water. Safe city, but watch your footing as the sidewalks are cracked and uneven - just run as far as you want in one direction and reverse (I ran about 6 miles, passed cafes, fishing boats, people camping out, and a fair amount of runners and walkers). The doorman at the hotel always had a bottle of cold water waiting. Oh, no bathrooms on the run.
