Want to know where the best place in the world is to run? Iten, well that is what you are meant to do when you go there anyway, and running is what it is known for! You can run practically anywhere there. It is a lot more safer than cities, so do not worry about running on your own. Many of the professionals you see daily there will tell you where the best routes are. To the world famous track, with spectacular views, to the forests, roads, dirt tracks between small villages (best in the morning when you are guaranteed to see at least 30 professionals running in groups!). Also the well know Jason Hill (any runner there will know it), the famous hill used for training by so many. Lastly, if you are staying at Lornah Kiplagat's camp, you can run the routes she calls Banana and Tractor routes, and more!
