Among the most evident sites to run (Montjuich, el Parc de les Aigües, el Front MarÃtim, la Ronda de Dalt), Barcelona hides some other alternatives, special urban paths. Let us think that the city has got an intermediate sector, called Eixample and mounted from blocks that connect the sea with the mountains around the city. Let us prove to go from the sea to them: any of the three Turons or hills of Collserola from the bottom. You could tell me that it can not be, that there is too much traffic, but the neighborhood square structure allows you to always advance: either you go aside or up. The street platforms are relatively wide and through the way you may find the Torre Agbar, the Plaza de Toros Monumental, the Sagrada Familia or the Hospital de Sant Pau. My favorite run is some of La Calle Princesa, close to where I work, passing by the Parque de la Ciutadella, where I go around and then I begin to climb up to where the traffic lights take me. Most of the time I finish in la Carretera del Carmel, the Park Guell and then La Montaña Pelada, close to where I live, with beautiful city panoramas.
