An excellent running course for two hours long runs. Start at Parque Bacacheri, follow Paraná Avenue until the Passeio Público, then run on the bike track until the Jardim Botânico (botanic garden) and back to the Parque Bacacheri passing through Jardim Social and aeronautical base.
