The cycle path is the best point in Murcia which begins beside the hanging bridge, at the very end of La Gran Vía. It has an asphalt track and a small compact soil track. It also has marks every 200 meters, very good for series. The landscape is not bucolic, but is more peaceful than in the city, and you can find plenty of birds and good air. To the bridge besides the high tv antenna, is 4.5 kilometers long, a good distance. But be aware, it is rather empty, and even tough I never had any problem, if your are a woman be alert. It is better to safe than sorry...
