West Helsinki by the sea: you will see the sea first time when you run Merikannontie to south. Try to keep close to the sea and you will pass the walls of the Hietaniemi graveyard. Run the road near the sea. After a small hill turn to right and pass the building from right side. You will go under Länsiväylä highway. From under the brigde go ahead to Lauttasaari iceland. Your next turn is at Lahnalahdentie where you go second time under the Länsiväylä highway. On your iceland road you will see two nice bridges: first you will go to Kaskisaari iceland (the roundish bridge) then to Lehtisaari. Along Kuusisaarentie you will run back to Helsinki, but don't forget to turn to right at Meilahden silta. (It is easy to distinguish Tamminiemi - the house of previous President Kekkonen). Along Tamminiementie you will come back to city when you see Meilahti hospital.
