The marvelous Praia Grande (long beach), where you can run 22 km on the sand (solid and even) or on the asphalt of the bike track. The course is from Canto do Forte until Praia Grande and Monguaguá cities limit. From Canto do Forte until the kilometer 14 there are kilometers marks. The views are splendid: one side the sea, the other beautiful buildings. There are quiosques along the course where you can buy coconut water or some snack. There are a half-marathon every year which half of the course is along the beach.
