I suppose you don't have problem at any island of Cape Verde to make a jogging or walking in my island (Sal Island): you make this on beach side (8km) or asphalt route (20km) from Santa Maria (village on the seaside) to Espargo (principal village) without problem. Temperature is 25/27 °C.
