One of my favorite places to run in Norwalk is on West Rocks Road between Ward Street and Main Street. This stretch of the road spans about 3 miles, has some good hills, and is nicely shaded in the summer. There is a decent shoulder on both sides of the road for the most part, so you can run back and forth to get more out of this short stretch.
