Parcul Titan is an excellent park for running! The park is divided into a north and south section, but there is a tunnel which connects both. There is a lake, Lacul Titan, with a 90% paved trail around its perimeter. Distance for the entire lake perimeter is 2 miles. About 0.25 miles at the south end is not paved, so you may have to take a small detour to avoid mud on wet days (or carefully run the top of the lake wall at waters edge). The lake is on a lower level of the park and you take stairs or trail to get down to it. You can also choose to run only the north side of lake (0.9 miles) or south side (1.1 miles) if you use stairs near the connecting tunnel. There are more trails and paths in Parcul Titan which I have yet to explore. Using the elevation change to the lake along with the stairs and trails provides a variety of training options. Good luck! Side note: ff you like to track distance and run anywhere, a GPS (I use a Garmin) or other pedometer would be a nice piece of gear to have with you.
