Running in different cities is always a bit compicated by the search for easy access and good enjoyable sites. In Amsterdam the Flevo Parc will do. It is at the east side of the city, only 10 minutes by bicycle from the centre of the city (you are in Amsterdam so rent a bicycle!). It is very green, good laid out, with hard or soft underground, not crowded etc. And if you are in the mood for a much longer run, the Flevo Parc lays at the Amsterdam Rhine canal. So you can also run separated from traffic on a bicycle path beneath the canal and green fields, from Amsterdam to the city of Utrecht at the centre of the Netherlands. Enjoy.
